Before design, I spent ten years in the beauty industry as a stylist, front desk coordinator, and salon owner. I depended on operational software where one small tool error could cost a business thousands of dollars. Today, I am most inspired when designing for people like that: practitioners in high-stress, high-impact roles.

B2B SaaS product designFor four years I've designed end to end for various industry experts such as compliance professionals, auditors, and project managers. I work best with workflow-driven, data-heavy products used by experts. I am passionate about simplifying complicated work without removing the depth those users rely on. I build net-new features, fix the ones already in front of users, and contribute to design systems all while prioritizing accessibility at every step.

From beauty to designMy decade in the beauty industry shaped how I approach design today. I know that a great haircut isn't simply the one I think looks best. It's the one that fits the client's face shape, hair type, and lifestyle, fixes what wasn't working, and is easy to maintain at home. I have learned great design works the same way. That's why I listen more than I talk and ask a lot of questions before proposing anything. I'm honest but diplomatic, and I keep my ego out of my work.
